Standard consultations (online and in-person)
- Free initial call (20 minutes)
- £85 for first consultation (1.5 hours)
- £70 for subsequent sessions (up to one hour)
- £40 for cupping therapy (30 minutes)

Wellness check (£145)
The perfect opportunity to find out exactly what is troubling you. If you are experiencing hormonal fluctuations of any kind, suffering weight issues, fatigue or digestion problems the wellness check is the perfect starting point.
What is included:
- A one-and-a-half-hour consultation
- A personalised nutrition plan and advice on supplements tailored to your specific concerns
- Guided advice on testing (hormones, adrenal stress, gut function, allergies and intolerances etc)
*Any testing that I recommend is invoiced separately by laboratories and not included in the fee of £145



Perimenopause and beyond program (£349)
This 21-day hormone reset is ideal if you are in your 40’s, on HRT or wanting to explore other options. I recommend this if:
- You are experiencing the many symptoms of the perimenopause - the most common being stubborn fat around the middle, brain fog, low mood, sugar cravings, hot flushes and digestive issues;
- You are perimenopausal and your main sources of fuel are sugary snacks, caffeine and alcohol and you feel like you need to nourish your body but you don’t know where to begin
What is included:
- Three one-hour 1-2-1 sessions in person or online
- Understanding your body and what is happening during the perimenopause and menopause
- Getting to know the seven main hormones that are critical for hormone balance and weight management and learning how to control them
- Understanding exactly what you can eat to thrive and not just survive
- Finding the correct way to exercise for the perimenopause/menopause to keep you honed, toned and in optimal physical health
